REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We from "Exquisite Handbags Only" honor all orders we ship and will refund or exchange if any of the following occur:
1 - Product defects
2 - Delivery discrepancy
3 - Authenticity issues
The customer MUST contact us thru the “contact us” partition on our web site where a return form must be filled out and sent to us within 3 days after the order's delivery date. The delivery date is based on our carrier's tracking system database and is available online.
The customer should wait for our reply (e-mail) that will contain all instructions, address and return authorization number for the item to be sent back to us.
