A: Yes, however the credit card you use must be issued in the United States. We will contact you for confirmation. If your credit card is issued outside of the US, we are proud to accept PayPal for all international credit card users.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are processed within 24 hours on regular business days. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. We shipped out orders within 1-2 business days upon payment confirmed.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept return and exchange within 5 days for factory defective issuues only. We DO NOT accept any return or exchange after the 5 days. Please email us to request an RMA # before shipping the item back to us. Any item that is shipped back without an RMA # will NOT be processed and refunded.
